Mela is a recipe manager that offers a clean, sophisticated, and contemporary approach to organizing your recipes while seamlessly syncing with iCloud.

• Sync: Effortlessly synchronize your recipes with iCloud, allowing for private access or the option to share recipe libraries with other iCloud users.
• In-App Browser with Live Preview: Easily save recipes while browsing through Mela's integrated browser. If Mela detects a recipe on the current webpage, it will be displayed in Mela's native recipe viewer. This feature is available on both iPad and iPhone versions of the app. Additionally, you can add or view recipes from outside of Mela using the convenient sharing extension.
• Feeds: Stay up to date with your favorite recipe blogs by subscribing to them within Mela. All recipes from subscribed blogs will be accessible through Mela's native recipe viewer.
• Cook Mode: Follow cooking steps effortlessly using Mela's cook mode, which displays instructions in a larger font for easy readability. You can switch between multiple recipes in cook mode without any hassle.
• Timers: Keep track of cooking times directly within Mela without the need for another app. In cooking mode, easily create and manage timers. Timers also support Live Activities (iOS 16.1+).
• Scanner: Use Mela's text recognition feature to scan and add recipes from books directly to your personal collection. These scanned recipes can be viewed within Mela's native recipe viewer as with any other recipe.
• Groceries: Manage your grocery list seamlessly using Reminders.app integrated with Mela. Access your grocery list from any device, even if Mela is not installed on a specific device.
• Calendar: Plan your meals efficiently with Mela's built-in calendar. The calendar is managed by Calendar.app, ensuring accessibility across all devices. Additionally, a widget displays your next planned meal for easy reference.
• Organizing: Categorize recipes, mark them as "Favorite," or flag them as "Want to Cook" for convenient organization.
• Printing: Mela supports printing, allowing you to have a physical copy or save recipes as PDFs if desired.

Please note that Mela syncs the following items with iCloud when enabled (default setting):

1. Recipes
2. Browser bookmarks
3. Subscription list (feeds)

The following items are not synced:

• Feed recipe entries
• Browser history
